Please provide accurate travel details (date, time, flight number, destination).

2. Payments

Payments can be made in cash (Mauritian Rupees or Euros) or via online transfer (if arranged in advance).

Prices are communicated clearly before the trip.

Any additional stops or changes may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.

Last‑minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability.

While we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for missed flights or events caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in charges.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Tours & Excursions

Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

Safety instructions provided by the driver or guide must be followed at all times.

Customized tours can be arranged upon request.
